Refund Policy

 

  • *Esthetic Services Refund Policy:**

We aim to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with the esthetic services provided. If you are not satisfied with your service, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a corrective service. Refunds for services rendered are not typically provided. However, under exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of management.

 

  • *Skincare Products Refund Policy:**

Customers may return any unopened skincare product for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify. Please note that opened products are not eligible for return. In the event you receive a defective or damaged product, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, if you experience skin irritation from using the product, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We recommend performing a patch test before full application, as our company is not liable for any personal damages or adverse reactions from product use.
