Welcome to Amanda Rose, Advanced Aesthetician. By scheduling an appointment or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

• **Appointments and Cancellations**

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50 up to the amount of the missed service.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent clients or a rescheduled appointment which time the client will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service.

• **Consultation and Health Conditions**

  • A consultation is required before any treatment. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment is not suitable for your condition.

• **Payments**

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• **Refunds and Returns**

  • All sales of services and products are final. No refunds will be issued once a service is rendered or a product is purchased.

  • Exchanges for defective products will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• **Personal Belongings**

  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into our premises.

• **Behavior and Conduct**

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

• **Privacy Policy**

  • Personal information collected during consultations and appointments will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• **Liability**

  • Amanda Rose, Advanced Aesthetician is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from services or products used, provided all necessary medical information has been disclosed and proper aftercare instructions have been followed.
